Your Burlington Property
Prepare the Site Before Building the Pad.
An equipment pad, pool area, or new yard feature on a Burlington property needs more than a roughly cleared footprint. Elevated Earthwork provides excavation and preparation with attention to access, supporting material, final elevations, and drainage around the installation.
Use the installer’s requirements
Bring the dimensions and preparation specifications for the structure or equipment being installed. Required elevations, base materials, and tolerances should come from the project design or installer rather than a general assumption. We can discuss the earthwork needed to prepare the area for the next stage.
Manage water around the prepared area
A pad may need a level support surface while the surrounding ground must still manage runoff. Discuss both requirements together. Water should not be directed toward the installation simply because an isolated patch was leveled without considering the neighboring grades and roof or driveway runoff.
Plan deliveries and the finish work
Site access may be needed again after excavation for the installation itself. Coordinate material delivery and equipment travel before restoring the lawn. An agreed sequence can avoid finishing an access route only to disturb it again when the next contractor arrives with heavy equipment.
